2007/5/29 一个超养颜的早餐搭配,关键是还很美味!实在是太懒了而已。。。。 红枣,薏米,莲子炖熟,小火到差不多水收干。凉後密封冷藏。 每日早晨,上述混合物三大勺,冲入热豆浆2杯,牛奶1杯。完成。 只加豆浆,口感并无特别,加入牛奶后,突然好喝了10倍不止。 2006/10/31 DAILY JUICEJuicying is healthy and great fun.

Grapefruit + 2 pairs = ?? (who knows?? I'm just having fun with mixing them together but the taste is really great)
Tueday 31/10
Grapefruit + 1 pair + 1 apple = ?? (As above...but the texture is thicker and taste sweeter as an apple is added)
Coming up: pineapple, mango, papaya, orange .... Lots of combinations! I just want to make it simple and tasty~~

1/3 pineapple + 1 mango = cleansing
Friday 03/11
1/3 pineapple + 1/2 papaya + 1/2 lemon = cleansing + detoxifying (unbelivably delicious!)
P.S.: Cook a handful of mixed veges with some oil, and serve with blackpepper and lemon juice - so tasty!

I love veges and fruits. My dinner is my biggest meal of the day. It usually consists of rice, one serve of baby buk choy(they're so delicious),sometimes with meat balls, and one serve of pork or chicken. Since sleep was never enough for me, I used to skip breakfast quite often. But breakfast is increasingly attractive considering health and beauty issues, I tend to have it now. Hope it worth the time. One problem is that with plenty of options - western and chinese traditional - for daily menu, I find it difficult to form a simple routine. Too many choices, and no ideas at all. Everyday I need to worry about tmr's menu, taking into account vitamines, must-have for beautful skin, so on and so forth. I might need sweet chinese dates soup, and might need milk, and yoghourt, and soy drink, and walnuts in vinegar......busy day! Oh my teeth... Why I can't have some of them in alternate days? Because if I don't have one of them every day, I totally forget it.And the truth is that I forget most of them,until they expire.So I'm not looking for a weekly menu, I'm looking for a daily menu - only one menu! Otherwise troublesome...yeah, I am a lazy girl to some extent. But think twice I'm really busy - study(which I'm reluctant to), dance, skin care, cook and eat, and of course, squeeze some time out of sleep period to update my space....sigh~
